Chris Espy
Chris Espy is a recognized agile professional with a 25-year background in software and hardware development spanning several diverse industries including Missile Defense, Defense Intelligence, Real-time simulation, Telecommunications, Healthcare, International Payments and Finance. He has helped to design and execute very large enterprise agile transformations helping to design organizational structures, training programs, and large-scale planning and retrospective events.
Chris develops and delivers numerous Agile based classes and certifications for SAFe and ICAgile, and The University of Alabama Huntsville in general Agile, Scrum, and Kanban as well as specific role-based classes for leadership, scrum masters, agile delivery teams and product management. He has presented numerous workshops in portfolio management and team building at major conferences for the Agile Alliance, Path to Agility, and Keep Austin Agile, as well as several regional events.
He is a graduate of the University of Alabama in Huntsville with a M.S. in Operations Research and from Auburn University with a B. S. in Applied Math and Computer Science
